I ship Monday through Friday and shipping is usually completed within 1-2 days of purchase unless it is a special request. First class shipping charges are $4.25 within the US. You will receive an email when shipping is complete with a tracking number. If you need your purchase in a hurry, you may upgrade to Priority or Express by contacting me. I believe communication is the key to having a wonderful online experience from beginning to end of the transaction. Once shipping is completed on my end, it is out of my control. If item is damaged when it arrives, just message me. All my items are shipped in jewelry boxes and I take the utmost care in packaging. USPS has been known to stomp and throw packages but rest assured, when it leaves here, it is protected to arrive safely. If there are any issues, please contact me.
Jewelry: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your item for a refund, less shipping or exchange it for another item. You may return or exchange your purchase up to 7 days from delivery date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, in original box and/or packaging. Please be sure to use delivery confirmation on your return and may be sent first class. Delivery confirmation protects both you and I. Insurance is purchased at your discretion. I do not require a restocking fee. As soon as I receive the returned item, I will notify you and a refund of the purchase price will be issued, less shipping.
