ROASTED ORGANIC NEPAL COFFEE BEANS::
We source this particular coffee directly from the farmer rather than through a third party company which is why it is a bit more expensive. Nepal is a lesser-known coffee origin because it is a relatively new producer and exporter but the SCA has recognized Nepali coffee as ‘specialty coffee’ and many people, after experiencing fresh-roasted Nepali coffee, are disappointed with other origins. These coffee beans are organically grown in the foothills of the Himalayas by a Christian farmer.

Really good coffee!!!!

Title is no joke or lie. I’m not exactly a coffee connoisseur but I know good coffee when I drink it and this bean, and a medium roast, are easily the best coffee I’ve ever had.
I love that this (Christian family owned!) roaster puts the flavor profile on the bag. Drinking a single espresso and trying to detect the flavors was actually a ton of fun and they’re very accurate! This coffee is smooth like caramel, with a sweetness like chocolate, and a finish of dried cranberry that doesn’t leave any sort of bitter taste in your mouth. Highly recommend!
