This coffee is amazing! Great flavor and body to the coffee. And knowing it’s organic makes feel a lot better since it’s free of pesticides and other toxic chemicals.

Wow. So to begin, we got this whole bean as a light roast. This coffee pulls some of the most beautiful shots I've seen (and I've seen many! I was a barista for 5 years). As the shots pull, it's seriously mesmerizing watching it progress as the crema builds. Pictures won't do it justice. Buy some and see for yourself 😉 The fact that they roast their beans to order I'm sure is to thank for that. These shots make such a well rounded latte, with a sweetness and an ever so slight brightness that bring the melon and jasmine notes to play with each other perfectly, resulting in a lovely smooth taste. I was actually hoping for more of a pronounced floral taste (those aren't too common in the coffee world), but this one is subtle enough that even my husband loves it too, and I am definitely NOT disappointed with this taste. We only tried it as espresso this time, but we will definitely order this one again and be sure to save some beans for a nice pour over. Can't recommend this one enough!
