The Mountain Water decaffeination process is a chemical-free process that uses water from the highest mountain in Mexico, Pico de Orizaba. The coffee beans are soaked to remove the caffeine and then the caffeine is removed from the water. At the end of the process 99.94% of the caffeine is removed.
