Peaceful plant art with watercolor handlettering the powerful promise in 2 Corinthians 12:10. I painted a seedling in this piece, inspired by a recent nature find- my mother in law showed me an oak seedling which had been pulled up, so you could see the new tree, but also the broken seed which sprouted. It immediately made me think of how God uses brokenness in our lives to cause new growth, and nurture strength in Him.
This encouragement is a great strengthening reminder for anyone as an inspirational art piece. It’s a great gift for young parents, for anyone going through some stuff, grief, waiting, adoption, college or hard time.
Full text from 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 reads as follows:
“But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me. So I take pleasure in weaknesses, insults, catastrophes, persecutions, and in pressures, because of Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
