Most items will be complete and ready for shipment in approximately 2-5 business days. Production timelines are extended during the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st). Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of the ship date. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping carrier delays. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 3 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. Shirts are mailed (via USPS) directly from our printing partner. Stickers are mailed from our home office (via USPS). We will provide you will a tracking number. If you order both shirts and stickers, they will ship separately and you will receive a tracking number for each item.
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact us by emailing – hello@thirteenseven.design. If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design. We will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects.
We use a third-party manufacturer to produce and ship our apparel. The manufacturer will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products. Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear.
