The bean bags are filled white rice, which makes them suitable for heating*(via the microwave) or chilling**(via the freezer). Fabric is so super soft cotton flannel.
Spot clean only as needed. Do not immerse, as this may cause rice to swell. (Care instructions included with purchase.)
