This listing is for a personalized medical log book to be printed by me, bound with binding tool with black plastic binding comb. Booklet would be 8.5 x 11 with up to 30 pages of your choosing. You can choose any combination of pages provided and I will mail your way quickly. I have several types of paper to choose from and can do a different cover and back cover if requested.
I am a a Christian homeschool mom who loves to create and as my kids are now almost 2, almost 4, and 6 I am finding small pockets of time to create items that make my life easier and I hope make other peoples lives easier. I am a natural minded mama who also happens to be a post surgical nurse part time. I have a huge passion for preventative health and good mental health so many of my items are aimed at healthy living, Christian living, and also items for homeschool families.
