The shop owner will make all customizations for the buyer and once the proof is approved, PDF and JPEG files will be sent to the buyer to complete the order. Text and illustrations will not be customizable by the buyer after they are finalized. The finished order will be sent within 24-48 hours once the proof is approved.
Files are formatted for stationery ink-jet or laser printing services (which covers most home and professional stationery printing).
