Sleepy Tea was part of my nightly routine! I would cozy up before bed with my tea, read my Bible and do my prayer time. Wind down has taken sleepy teas place! It has four calming ingredients: butterfly pea (it turns your tea BLUE!😍 or purple if you add lemon!), lavender, lemon balm, and orange peel. This is the most flavorful of my teas, with an herbal taste. Add lemon juice to turn your tea PURPLE!😍 and sweetener of your choice. This is now my go-to for my bedtime routine tea. Safe for all ages.

It’s that time of the year 🤧 this combination of: peppermint, lemon balm, and yarrow will leave your body relaxed and your sinuses soothed. A key takeaway for this minty tea is smelling this deliciousness, taking the powerful aroma in. It has a mild minty taste, but you could add a sweetener of your choice to spruce it up. Safe for all ages.

This tea has come in handy every time I feel under the weather or am around people who are *sick* It’s soothing, grounding and herbal taste pairs well with honey and lemon juice. The ingredients are: fennel seed, star anise, and dandelion root. This combination smells like black licorice 😋 Safe for all ages.
