I am a a Christian homeschool mom who loves to create and as my kids are now almost 2, almost 4, and 6 I am finding small pockets of time to create items that make my life easier and I hope make other peoples lives easier. I am a natural minded mama who also happens to be a post surgical nurse part time. I have a huge passion for preventative health and good mental health so many of my items are aimed at healthy living, Christian living, and also items for homeschool families.
I have included a page for blood sugar checks, blood pressure checks, appointments, provider list, questions for your Dr, physical therapy log, surgery/procedure list, a medication list and medication log. Everything you could need and more! There is also a front and back cover sheets in a mauve color but I am happy to customize if you request. I do plan to make a physical copy listing so that I can bind and mail for you.
I ship very quickly and typically use USPS. I only currently ship within the US
