This mushroom themed digital planner has a lot of templates you could need to motivate you and help you stay on top of your plans. It is hyperlinked, which makes it easier for you to navigate throughout the whole planner on your iPad. This planner is designed to be used on GoodNotes (I’m assuming it’ll work on any pdf annotation app but I haven’t tried).

This is a digital planner intended to be used on an iPad in a PDF markup app that supports hyperlinks (such as GoodNotes). It may work on other tablets and apps but I haven’t tried.
