Usage:
Apply a pea sized amount to the legs or stomach 10-15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. Contains approx. 100mg of magnesium per teaspoon.
Safe to use more depending on your body’s needs. Can be applied other times of the day if needed (i.e. cramps or sore muscles).
