Hello, I’m Naomi, and I am the owner and founder of Guérir LLC. We are a small cosmetics company based in Boston, Massachusetts. I started Guérir for two reasons. The first reason is to provide great skincare products for women and the second reason is to defend life. As a pro-woman, pro-baby and pro-life business, we believe that women who are facing crisis pregnancies deserve love, support and community. If you place your order Monday through Friday, most orders will be shipped within the same business day you place it. However, many orders with standard shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays or weekends). Once shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. Orders placed during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) may take longer to arrive, due to delays with shipping companies. For all US orders, we provide complimentary USPS Shipping on orders $50 or more. For all other orders, we charge a flat rate of $9 via Standard USPS Shipping. Most USPS shipping will take 3-5 business days.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unused product in its original packaging. Any opened products and packaging cannot be returned. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, upon receipt of the returned item. A return shipping label will be at the buyer’s expense. Please email us at support@guerir.co to place a return with your order number. Any returns made without contacting our team will not be accepted or approved.
