Adoption is an act of redemption. It is an opportunity to right what has been broken. It is a beautiful gift given to us by God. He has made it so that we can be adopted into His family, made His children; He has made it so that we no longer have to be slaves or strangers, but can be His very own — welcomed, wanted, belonging, loved. And He has gifted us the incredible opportunity to reflect His love on earth through adoption.
This listing includes a custom, hand painted, watercolor family portrait, along with a hand written card with the J.I. Packer quote. These make for great adoption gifts!
This is a hand painted piece of art. Your custom painting will be created from the photo you submit.
How to order:
- Choose a print size: This comes in a 5″x7″, 8″x10″ or a 9″x12″. If you would like a different size, please send me a message, and we can discuss what you are looking for and pricing.
- Your photograph: Please make sure your photograph is in focus, detailed, and color. Cell phone images are accepted. Natural light is best, with no camera flash. I create your painting from the photo you send. For best results, please take a picture of your family walking away from the camera, straight on, and at eye level.
- Personalize it: If you wish to add custom wording, please include the exact wording, making sure everything is spelled correctly. Please also indicate where you would like your custom wording placed (top, bottom). Examples of custom wording: last name, adoption date, etc. Personalized text is hand written; please note if you would like cursive, print, or a combination.
* Your family portrait will be painted on 300 lb., 100% cotton, cold pressed watercolor paper with high quality paints.

I am so glad you are here. I am Ellie, and this shop began as an inkling of an idea my final year of college, back in 2010/2011. It was not until 2021 though, that I first took the leap to begin selling the things I make. I started a small cleaning business in 2020, and began making my own cleaning products to use in the homes and businesses I served. Many of the families I cleaned for commented on the products I used, and so I began to sell them. Once I began selling one thing, that lead to the courage to let others see the other things I make, like my art. So here we are! Even if you don’t purchase anything here, I am so thankful you stopped by, and I would love to be in touch!
Most in stock items ship within 3-7 business days via USPS. We currently only ship within the contiguous 48 United States and to District of Columbia. All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout, and will depend on the product and the shipping method. Please remember that processing and shipping times are separate.
