Made to order items will be shipped out in one week or less and will arrive via USPS. Items not made to order will be shipped out in 1-2 business days and will arrive via USPS.
If the item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent. If an item is lost during shipment, customer will be required to wait 2 weeks post-scheduled delivery date to either request a refund or replacement. Returns are not accepted. No exceptions.
